Objectifs pédagogiques
The objectives of the program are :
1) Learning by doing - apply lean innovation and lean entrepreneurship principles to a small group (3-4 person) startup project (real or imagined).
2) Apply the principles of customer development, product development and business model development to your group's startup project.
3) Use design thinking to develop solutions to real-world problems for real-world customers
4) Understand startup finance and how to develop a viable revenue model and business model
5) Learn to create a prototype and pitch innovation projects Silicon Valley style.
